Over the past 7 years Dr. Bender focused his attention on contact lens care, introducing both the Bausch and Lomb Multifocal and ProPlus Bifocal Rigid lenses. These lenses now enable patients to achieve both distance and near vision without the aid of reading glasses. As an alternative to laser surgery Dr. Bender also launched Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT). Using custom contact lenses, Dr. Bender reshapes the front of the eye to eliminate the need for glasses in children and patients who do not want surgery.

Dr. Bender established the dry eye and allergy clinic utilizing the most recent medical treatments to improve eye health and contact lens comfort.

Dr. Bender worked in surgical eye care for the past 7 years, managing over 5,000 laser vision and cataract surgery patients. His expertise in the field assures the most appropriate treatment option and the clearest, safest outcomes for his patients.
